2. Service Description

KUPOSU AI provides an AI-powered resume customization tool that helps job seekers create tailored resumes based on specific job descriptions. Our services include:

• Chrome extension for resume customization
• AI-powered resume optimization
• ATS-friendly resume formatting
• Multi-platform job posting integration (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
• PDF and DOC resume downloads

3. User Account and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use KUPOSU AI services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• One account per person is permitted

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Coin-Based System

KUPOSU AI operates on a coin-based payment system where:

• 1 resume download = 10 coins
• Coins can be purchased through our secure payment gateway
• Coins do not expire and can be used anytime
• No monthly subscriptions required

4.2 Pricing Plans

• Basic Pack: ₹500 for 500 coins (50 resumes)
• Professional Pack: ₹1,000 for 1,200 coins (120 resumes) + 20% bonus
• Enterprise Pack: ₹2,500 for 3,000 coins (300 resumes) + 20% bonus

4.3 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Razorpay)
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Coins are credited instantly after successful payment
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing service usage within 48 hours of purchase
• Duplicate payments or billing errors
• Service unavailability for more than 48 consecutive hours

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

• Coins that have been used to download resumes
• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Change of mind or customer preference

5.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kuposu.com with your transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use KUPOSU AI services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Creating fake or misleading resume content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our services
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using automated tools to access our services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Uploading malicious files or content

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of KUPOSU AI services are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your personal information and resume content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and customize your content for resume generation purposes.

7.3 Generated Resumes

You own the final customized resumes generated through our service. However, you acknowledge that the formatting and optimization algorithms are proprietary to KUPOSU AI.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8.1 Data Security

• We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data
• Your resume content is processed securely and not shared with third parties
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations

9. Service Availability and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

9.2 Service Limitations

• AI-generated content may require manual review and editing
• Resume quality depends on the completeness of provided information
• Job platform availability may vary based on third-party changes
• Some features may be region-specific

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

KUPOSU AI services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Job application success or interview callbacks
• ATS compatibility with all systems
• Accuracy of AI-generated content
• Continuous service availability

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KUPOSU AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of employment opportunities or income
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Unused coins will remain valid for 12 months after termination.

12.2 Termination by KUPOSU AI

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to pay outstanding amounts
• Use the service for illegal purposes

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
